These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the ChatPlus mobile and web applications (the "Service") provided by ONE EIGHTY DIJITAL HIZMETLER LIMITED SIRKETI ("Company", "we", "our", or "us"). By using ChatPlus, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

These Terms should be read in conjunction with our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect your information.

I. SUBSCRIPTION

ChatPlus offers free limited access and optional paid subscription plans that unlock premium features such as advanced AI models, unlimited conversations, image generation, and priority support.

Subscription details, pricing, and available plans are displayed clearly before purchase within the app or on our official web funnel. Prices are in U.S. dollars (USD) and may vary in other countries.

All subscription plans renew automatically unless canceled as described below. Renewal charges occur within 24 hours prior to the end of the current billing period.

II. PAYMENT METHODS

Payments for ChatPlus subscriptions can be made through:

  • Mobile app stores (Google Play Store or Apple App Store), or
  • Web-based checkout (credit or debit card processed through our secure payment provider).

By purchasing, you authorize One Eighty to charge your selected payment method for the applicable fees.

III. CANCELLATION

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Canceling your subscription disables automatic renewal, but you will retain access to premium features until the end of your current billing period.

Important: Deleting the app does not cancel your subscription.

For subscriptions purchased through the ChatPlus app:

  • Apple App Store: Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions

For subscriptions purchased through our website:

You have multiple options to cancel your subscription:

  • Via "Manage Your Subscription" email: Use the cancellation link provided in the confirmation email you received after your purchase.
  • Via our Help Center: Visit our support team and follow the step-by-step cancellation guide.

To avoid being charged for the next billing period, please cancel at least 24 hours before your renewal date.

IV. REFUNDS

IMPORTANT: All purchases made through ChatPlus's web checkout are non-refundable and non-exchangeable, to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law.

By completing your web purchase, you acknowledge and agree that the digital service is delivered immediately and is considered fully performed once access is granted.

App Store or Google Play Purchases:

If you purchased your subscription through the Apple App Store or Google Play, refund requests must be directed to the respective platform, as they manage all billing and refund decisions independently.

  • REFUND APPLIES ONLY TO THE FIRST SUBSCRIPTION PAYMENT. SUBSEQUENT PAYMENTS, INCLUDING RENEWALS OR ADDITIONAL OFFERS, ARE NON-REFUNDABLE.
  • AUTO-RENEWAL REMAINS ACTIVE UNLESS EXPLICITLY CANCELED BEFORE THE RENEWAL DATE SPECIFIED IN YOUR CONFIRMATION EMAIL.
  • YOU ARE ELIGIBLE FOR THE CHALLENGE ONLY ONCE. RE-PURCHASING A SUBSCRIPTION AFTER RECEIVING A REFUND DISQUALIFIES YOU FROM FURTHER PARTICIPATION.
  • VIOLATION OF ANY TERMS OR RULES ASSOCIATED WITH THE PROMOTIONAL OFFER OR THESE TERMS MAY RESULT IN DISQUALIFICATION FROM A REFUND.
